Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment is easily accessible via elevator. The inviting living room features a cosy sofa, a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. A private balcony provides a serene outdoor space to unwind and soak in the fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and utensils. A dishwasher is also provided, ensuring hassle-free cleanup after your culinary adventures. To make your stay even more convenient, the apartment includes a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs effortlessly. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom features a spacious bunk bed. Both rooms are thoughtfully prepared with quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. For those traveling with little ones, a crib is also available. The modern bathroom is well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a relaxing and refreshing experience. Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Please note that before arrival, all guests over 16 years old must pay the city tax, which is €9.50 per guest per night (maximum 7 nights).
