This typical Lille house is located in a quiet and residential area, rue des Dondaines. You will be close to train stations and the Grand Palais. The house has been completely renovated recently and has two bedrooms with double bed. You can also enjoy a small terrace for sunny days!

The house is built over two floors and is laid out lengthways. Ground floor: - Spacious living room with lounge and dining area - Kitchen - WC Second floor: - Bedroom with double bed - Bathroom with bath and WC - Terrace Second floor: - Attic bedroom with double bed Please note that the staircases are typical of our beautiful buildings in Lille: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!
