Welcome to my home! Designed with an open-plan living room/ bedroom complete with high-end room amenities, this home acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The luxurious king bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table and four chairs, essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washer and a dishwasher. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
