Tucked away just moments from the vibrant heart of Central London, this charming and cosy flat offers a perfect base for couples or solo travellers seeking comfort, convenience, and a true London experience. Warm, welcoming and well-equipped, the flat is ideal for both short breaks and longer stays. Located on the third floor of a traditional period building, the flat features one comfortable bedroom with a double bed, and one modern bathroom complete with a relaxing bathtub. Please note that the property is accessed via a staircase of approximately fifty steps, as there is no lift. Inside, the flat is thoughtfully decorated in a boho-contemporary style, blending natural textures with clean, modern touches to create a calming and stylish space. The open living area is designed for comfort, with a plush sofa and Smart TV providing the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances including a microwave, making it easy to prepare meals at home. A dining area with seating for up to three people completes the space, ideal for enjoying breakfast before heading out or a quiet dinner in.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
