Ideally located in the heart of Amboise, just steps away from the Royal Château, discover this charming 25m² cottage that can accommodate 2 people for an intimate and timeless stay. The cottage is situated in a small, quiet residential building and opens onto a private terrace in the inner courtyard, sheltered from the street and noise. Perfect for couples and business travelers, the accommodation is all on one level and includes a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, oven, stove, fridge with freezer, etc.) with a dining area for 2 people. The cottage also features a bright bedroom/living room equipped with a TV, a small desk, and a new, comfortable sofa bed. A modern shower room and a dressing area complete this cozy little nest in Amboise. The added bonus of the property is its terrace in front of the entrance, where you can enjoy the sun and complete peace, right in the center of town! The big advantage: A private parking space in the courtyard of the small residence, a rare find in Amboise. You can walk everywhere without a worry. All linens are provided on-site, and cleaning is included in the price, along with private parking in front of the cottage.
