Located on the ground floor, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The smoke-free and pet-free property features a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and independent toilet, a kitchen, a small internal courtyard and private sitting area just outside the property. The living room is equipped with a sofa and a smart TV as well as a dining table that can seat 4 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances.
