Welcome! This lovely 44m2 apartment is on the 25th floor, accessible by lift. The living room has a plush sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Step outside and unwind on the expansive balcony with outdoor furniture, creating an ideal setting for delightful al fresco dining experiences. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.

O alojamento corresponde à descrição e às fotos. cama grande e confortável, a cozinha tinha tudo o que era necessário, e uma varanda acolhedora.
