Welcome! This lovely 45m2 studio is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by lift. The luxurious living space features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with natural light and offer garden views. The room is elegantly furnished with a modern aesthetic, including a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a relaxing king bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The attached balcony provides additional outdoor space to relax and admire the scenery. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
