Indulge in a restful slumber on the double bed with a comfortable mattress, premium linen, and soft pillows. Just across the room, you'll find a Smart TV, high-speed internet, and a versatile workspace that can quickly transform into a dining area for two, catering to your space-saving needs. Step out onto your private balcony, furnished with outdoor seating, and bask in the refreshing breeze while enjoying your time here. The kitchen is fully equipped, including top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries, allowing you to prepare delicious meals conveniently. The studio also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs and a dishwasher for convenience. Equipped with one bathroom, it contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. 10/10 serviço 10/10 limpeza 5/10 localização, uma vez que não está "no" centro 10/10 Wifi Total: 9.9/10. Se a época fosse de abril a agosto, seria fantástico, porque era um pouco caro.
