The property is located on the second floor and accessible by stairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the property includes a washing machine, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom features a double bed, a balcony with stunning views, and multiple storage spaces to organise your belongings. The second bedroom has a restful single bed, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Additionally, an office space with a desk and chair is ideal for remote workers or those who need a quiet place to catch up on work. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Apartamento bonito e espaçoso perto do metro (3 minutos se apanhar a entrada mais próxima) e do parque - perfeito para passeios e desporto. Trabalhámos lá remotamente e é mais um espaço para 2 pessoas
