As soon as you cross the threshold, you'll be seduced by this 40m² apartment, ideal for 2 people. Its under-roof layout gives it an atypical charm, with exposed beams and plenty of natural light. Nestled in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw from Vieux Tours and all the city's attractions, you'll have access to the entire apartment. The location is ideal for both business and leisure travelers. You'll find a comfortable sofa in the living room, so you can relax in front of the TV or enjoy the WiFi connection after a day of sightseeing or work. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room to enhance the conviviality of the space. You'll be able to prepare tasty dishes just like at home (oven, hob, Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, etc.). On the mezzanine, a cocooning corner is available for you to relax in. In the evening, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom with shower and WC is adjacent to the bedroom. Need to work during your stay? No problem, an office is at your disposal.
