Welcome to this wonderfull 30m² flat, ideally located in the heart of the Saint Germains des Prés district, the famous Latin Quarter and one of the most picturesque in Paris!

With its view over the rooftops of the 6th arrondissement and its charming Juliette balcony overlooking a peaceful courtyard below, this elegant pied-à-terre for two is a true gem! While the room may seem like a gem to some, it's forgivable in a city where space is at a premium. You'll appreciate the fresh and uplifting atmosphere of the bohemian decor after days spent admiring the splendor of the streets below. Location-wise, you're just a stone's throw from the Mabillon metro station. But in our opinion, the best way to discover Paris is on foot. Let yourself be seduced by the chic restaurants, bars, and luxury designer boutiques of this elegant neighborhood: everything is at your doorstep. The apartment features a beautiful, bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming and quiet living area, and a comfortable and cozy bedroom area. A modern and comfortable bathroom completes this little gem.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal. If you're arriving by car, paid parking is available on the streets surrounding the apartment. By public transportation, the apartment is just a few minutes' walk from metro lines 4 and 10.
