On foot via the chemin de la prairie du Roy or by car, you are 1.5 km from the royal city of Loches with its castle, its keep, its market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings and its many shops in the heart of town. 30 mins from Beauval Zoo (plan 1 full day), Amboise castle and Clos Lucé (home of Leonardo da Vinci) and the elegant Chenonceau castle. 20 minutes from the village of Montrésor, from the Château de Montponpon. And so many beautiful things to visit around your home.

Town house located in the heart of a beautiful monastic and artistic city. Take the time to get lost in the streets and alleys of the village to appreciate the many monuments. Nearby, bar-restaurant, pizzeria, newsagent. You are 1.5 km from Loches by road or by a footpath of "la prairie du roy" which crosses a protected natural area.

A former hotel transformed into a town house, your vacation spot will seduce you with its 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The first blue bedroom, on the ground floor, is spacious with its 140 bed. The other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor. Upon entering the house, you are in a living space with a living room and dining room decorated to highlight the Touraine architecture. To your right, a spacious fully equipped kitchen.

Arrived on site, you will find a few places near your house or in the public car park 100M away (departure from the pedestrian departure).
