This magnificent farmhouse in tuff stone welcomes you to enjoy Loches and its wonders, with family or friends. Surrounded by several adjoining private grounds, this house offers all the comforts both indoors and outdoors. You are 10 minutes walk from the city center and the warm Saturday and Wednesday morning market

The entrance hall distributes on the left a parental suite with a 160 bed, very close to a bathroom with vanity unit, shower, heated towel rail and a separate WC. To the right of the hallway, a large fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and a very large bright living room with 2 sofas and TV. At the top of the wooden staircase, you will find 3 bedrooms, a play area and a reading area with a comfortable sofa, a toilet and a second bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.
