We invite you to stay at our beautiful recently refurbished three bedroom apartment. Forming part of a church conversion in central St Leonards. Located on Norman Road with an array of independent art galleries and shops and just moments' from the seafront. This wonderful apartment is fantastic seaside getaway.

Entering the building through the large arched church doors the apartment is situated on the ground floor. Inside you are greeted with a modern, fresh, contemporary apartment. A brightly lit corridor runs the length of the property, lined with stylish light fittings A large opulent open plan living area has been beautifully decorated with comfortable sofas to relax on, a large flat screen TV to keep you entertained in the evening and a large dining table perfect for family and friends. A modern well equipped fitted kitchen is at the back of the space and comes complete with; fridgefreezer,microwave,coffee machine and washing maching. The three spacious double bedrooms supply you with comfortable beds and fresh clean linen for a great nights sleep. The Master bedroom boasts it's own ensuite shower room whilst the other two bedrooms share a large, modern family bathroom with seperate shower and bath. This is a truely unique apartment has recently undergone extensive restoration and the attention to detail is evident in every room with high quality finishes and luxury furnishings throughout. Ideal for anyone looking for a stylish seaside retreat. Hastings is home to the largest beach-launched fishing fleet in Europe, the remains of the first castle in England to be built by William the Conqueror , A Stunningly beautiful and preserved old town and a strong local arts community.
Accès
If you are arriving by car, on street parking is restricted to two hours between 9am and 6pm and is free afterwards. You can also park for free on Warrior square at any time and this is just a 5 min walk to the apartment. If you are arriving by train Warrior Square train station is the closest again just a 5 min walk. When you arrive at Victoria heights there is a key safe located to the side of the main door. The code shall be set to 1074 for your stay. Once you have entered the main door if you go through the double doors to your left the apartment is the second one on the right.
