Welcome to my apartment! This beautifully designed 3-bedroom apartment in Madrid is the perfect home for families and friends looking to explore the vibrant city. Located on the second floor and accessible by a lift, the apartment offers convenience and comfort. The spacious living room features three comfortable sofas and a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows. A private balcony provides outdoor relaxation, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air. The dining room has a large table that comfortably seats five people, perfect for shared meals and gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, oven, and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals quickly. For added convenience, the apartment is also equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washing machine and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs. The apartment boasts two double beds and one single bed, all furnished with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. One of the double bedrooms includes a private bathroom for added convenience. The two bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the apartment is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
