Welcome to my home! This charming 94m² apartment is ideally located in the center of Madrid, very close to the main attractions, stores, supermarkets and a wide range of restaurants. The living room features a cozy sofa perfect for relaxing, a smart TV and a dining table. Several windows flood the space with natural light but have doors to close them if you need less light. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals: electric hob, microwave, coffee maker and cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a closet, while the second bedroom has a single bed and a closet. All beds are equipped with sheets. The bathrooms are provided with towels and complimentary toiletries, so you have everything you need to freshen up. For your convenience, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay. Please note: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and does not have an elevator. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Please note that before check-in from 30 days stay a 200 euros fee will be charged to cover the cost of utilities for each month of the stay. If the stay is longer than a month the proportional amount will be charged. We hope you enjoy your stay.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes.
