This accommodation is located rue Jean Baptiste Bonte, in Villeneuve-d'Ascq. It is on the third floor (no elevator) of a secure residence. The apartment was renovated in 2024, it is pleasant to live in and has quality bedding. The "Planche Epinoy" tram stop is literally a two-minute walk away. Free street parking (subject to availability).

The apartment is composed as follows: - Separate kitchen equipped with washing machine - Living room with lounge area and dining area - A street side bedroom with double bed - A second bedroom on the courtyard side also with double bed - Bathroom with shower and sink - separate WC The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present.
