You will find a Carrefour Market supermarket and many other shops nearby (bakery, bank, restaurants, pharmacy, tobacconist, etc.). The Parc du Héron, ideal for walking, is less than 10 minutes by car and 15 by public transport. The La Haute Borne science park is also around 10 minutes away by car. Allow around thirty minutes by bus to the Decathlon Arena (formerly Pierre Mauroy stadium). The TER "Annappes" station, which serves Lille regularly, is less than 10 minutes away on foot. Located on Place de la République in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, this apartment is on the first floor (no elevator) of a characteristic building in the north of France. The Parking in front of the building (subject to availability) is in a restricted time area. You will need a stationary disk.

The apartment is composed as follows: - Living room with open kitchen - Bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet - Double bed with quality bedding Please note that the accommodation does not have shutters, only blackout curtains. You will have access to washing machines (shared with the other occupants) in a room located in the cellar (level -1). The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment at your disposal via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. The Republique bus station is 50 meters away V'Lille station less than 100 meters (Annappes République station) You can use the Ilévia application to travel around Lille Metropolis. The Parking in front of the building is in a restricted time area. You will need to bring or buy a stationary disk. (subject to availability, outside market day, Wednesday morning.)
