The Jardim do Morro metro station is 35 minute's walk away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my studio! The flat is in a great location for the event from 19 to 21 June, when Air Invictus will fill the skies above Porto, Gaia, Maia and Matosinhos with aerial displays. This delightful 40 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this lovely city. It is located on the 5th floor and has a lift access. It is designed with open living and sleeping areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a single couch bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. It also features a comfortable double bed and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven and a cooking plate. There is also a washing machine available. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

شقة مريحة للغاية، نظيفة ومرتبة، مع إطلالات رائعة، يمكنك الاستمتاع بشروق الشمس، إذا كنت تحب المشي يمكنك المشي بشكل مريح وزيارة جميع الأماكن، هناك أيضًا خيار ركوب الحافلة 901 التي تمر كثيرًا.
