Welcome to my house! This charming 25 m² one-bedroom house in Madalena is the ideal retreat for couples seeking comfort and convenience during their stay. This accommodation is part of a group of three adjoining properties. The main entrance gate is shared with the other units, though each house maintains its own private space. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with all the essentials you’ll need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes all the necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
