Welcome to my apartment! This 2-bedroom apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The property is located on the ground floor floor. This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows through multiple streaming options. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable single bed. Both are outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure optimal comfort during your stay. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. Additionally, if you are traveling with a baby, a crib and a highchair are available for your convenience. Complimentary street parking is readily available, ensuring convenience and eliminating parking concerns. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
