Welcome to my apartment! This charming 99m2 three-bedroom apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia is the ideal retreat for families and friends seeking comfort, space, and convenience during their vacation. Located on the 4th floor and accessible by lift, it offers both privacy and ease of access. The inviting living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, making it easy to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. For added convenience, the property includes a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washing machine and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. Each of the three bedrooms boasts a comfortable double bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights and ample space to unwind. The apartment features 1.5 bathrooms, fully stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay as convenient as possible. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
