Welcome to my apartment! This spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Valencia is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday together. The property is located on the first floor and accessible by stairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows and a dining table. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and relax, and a table and chairs providing the ideal setting for alfresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. Each of the three bedrooms has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and desk, with air-conditioning providing ample space for everyone to unwind and relax. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. For added convenience, guests can access free parking in the surrounding streets The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy.

استمتعت بإقامة ممتازة في هذه الشقة! تقع خارج الرصافة مباشرة، وهي قريبة جداً من الحياة الليلية والمطاعم ومحلات السوبر ماركت وكل ما تحتاجه. يوجد القليل من الضوضاء في الخارج وهو أمر متوقع في مدينة كبيرة
