Welcome to my apartment! A modern apartment located in a new area of Valencia, close to several major attractions such as the City of Arts and Sciences, with easy access to different parts of the city depending on your plans. The building offers a swimming pool (open only during summer months) for your convenience. The acommodation is located in the 11th floor with lift. The apartment features a minimalist and modern design, with all areas comfortably laid out. First, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential utensils. There’s also a washing machine, ideal for longer stays. Next, you’ll enter the living-dining area, which includes a dining table for three and a comfortable sofa. In front of it, you’ll find a SMART TV, and to the side, access to a terrace with incredible city views — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and Valencia’s wonderful weather. The bedroom includes a double bed with fresh linens and towels, followed by a full bathroom with a shower and complimentary amenities provided for the first days of your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This property is for temporary rental only — not available for tourist stays. To complete your booking, signing a temporary rental agreement and providing proof of purpose of stay is mandatory. After booking, you will receive the contract to sign; without a signed agreement, the reservation will be canceled without refund. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in: In-person check-in is available from 3:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. POOL: Open only during summer months (July and August). Note: This apartment is for temporary rental only and not available for tourist purposes. Signing a rental contract is mandatory. We provide basic starter amenities: shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and trash bags. If you need additional cleaning or extra linens, please let us know — available upon request for an additional fee. There is a strict no-smoking policy in the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied. For stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities applies, with a limit of €80. Additional services: Extra key set: €20 (subject to availability, or if keys are lost / lockout assistance). Extra cleaning with linen: standard cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: Provided free of charge upon request (includes towels and sheets)
