Welcome to my apartment! This charming 130m² home is in a prime location near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse cuisine. It is suitable for people with reduced mobility. The open-concept design seamlessly combines the living, dining, one-bedroom, and kitchen areas. You'll find a comfortable double bed, two TVs (one for the bed and another for the sofa), and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essential appliances for short stays, including an electric cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker. The first two bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, while the third offers two cosy single beds. Each bed is thoughtfully prepared with premium-quality linens, ensuring the utmost comfort for a restful night's sleep. The two bathrooms are thoughtfully equipped with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Professionally cleaned for your comfort, the apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, offering easy access. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
