The living room features a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table. The bright space opens onto a private terrace with outdoor seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and more. The apartment also has a washing machine. The first bedroom offers a double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. All beds are outfitted with high-quality linens. The bathrooms are equipped with everything you need, including towels and toiletries. The space is professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy.
