This property is just 9 minutes walking from Malvarrosa Beach, where you can enjoy activities and walks. Additionally, it is close to excellent restaurants and shops.

Calm and Cosy This simple 20m² ground-floor apartment is a great pick for couples, small families, or friends who want a comfy, no-fuss place to stay. It’s got an open-plan layout with a double bed and a sofa bed, so it can sleep up to 3 people. The kitchen comes with all the basics for cooking, plus a dishwasher to make cleanup easier. You’ll also have a washing machine and iron if you need to do laundry. We’ve got you covered with fresh towels, bed linens, and a few toiletries to get you started. Just a heads up: Being on the ground floor means the sofa bed is closer to the street, so there may be a bit of noise. The front door also opens directly onto the street—no porch or entryway. A special phone app is also needed to access the home so some technological knowledge is necessary. Being a ground floor apartment at street level, it can be a bit humid and, at times, some insects may appear despite regular cleaning. The property does not have windows but has good ventilation. We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. We look forward to welcoming you!
