Welcome. The MAR apartment, about 20 m² and with 1 bedroom, in Valencia is the perfect choice for couples or families looking for a comfortable and cozy holiday apartment. The property is located on the ground floor at street level. This apartment is designed with an open-plan layout. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, as well as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher, along with a washing machine and an iron to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with bed linen, as does the sofa bed. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
