Welcome to my apartment! A perfect spot for small groups of friends or families of four who are visiting Valencia to enjoy the sun, sand, and cultural attractions. My home is located just an 11-minute from Las Arenas Beach. Additionally, it is near Veles e Vents and Mirador del Port. Marítim - Serríera is also nearby, only a 4-minute walk away. This location provides easy access to the metro (lines 5 and 7), which takes just 11 minutes or six stops to reach Valencia city centre. The apartment spans 100m2 and is fully furnished with all the essentials to make you feel at home. It features a comfortable living room where you can relax and unwind on the sofa, watch your favourite shows on the large TV, or enjoy a meal at the small dining table with four chairs. Although compact, the open kitchen in the living area is thoughtfully designed and well-equipped to prepare full meals. A washing machine is also provided so you can freshen up your clothes without visiting a laundromat. The largest bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the two other rooms contain single beds. All the beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom in the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to freshen up.
