The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a smart TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The sofa bed can accommodate two additional guests, perfect for families or small groups. The kitchen includes modern appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and ample storage space for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including stunning floor-to-ceiling tiles, a heated towel rack, fresh towels, and toiletries for your convenience. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, high-speed internet, and underfloor heating for added comfort. Paid on-site parking is also available. On the ground floor is a fully equipped communal gym that you will have free access to throughout your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Identification will be required prior to entry, and it must match the name of the person who booked the flat. Any parties or noise complaints will result in immediate cancellation of the booking. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to download an app to check-in and provide a government ID before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
