Don't miss the Vila da Ponte River Beach for a leisurely day by the water. In addition, the historic Igreja da Lapa is a must-see attraction for those interested in architecture and history. The local gastronomy in Sernancelhe is rich and diverse, with plenty of options for all tastes. The Convento de Freixinho offers a unique gastronomic experience in a historic setting. Welcome to my house! This charming three-bedroom house in Sernancelhe is the perfect countryside retreat for families and friends seeking relaxation and a break from the city. With its traditional rural architecture and cozy atmosphere, it offers an authentic taste of life in the Portuguese interior. The home spans two stories and features warm, rustic decor throughout. Designed with an open-plan layout, the living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table that seats four. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils, as well as a stove, oven, and microwave—everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. Upstairs, the first and second bedrooms each feature a double bed, while the third offers two single beds and two single sofa beds. All are fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The two bathrooms are well-appointed with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to meet your comfort needs. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: Pets are allowed in the flat for an additional charge of 25euros per stay. Thank you for your understanding.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
