Located on the peaceful north coast of Madeira, Ponta Delgada is a charming traditional village surrounded by lush green mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. It is the perfect place to relax and experience the authentic side of Madeira, away from the busier tourist areas. The village offers essential local amenities, including cafés, restaurants, a pharmacy, health centre, small shops and a beautiful seaside bathing complex with natural surroundings, swimming pools and a sunbathing area. Ponta Delgada is also a great base for exploring Madeira, with scenic roads, hiking trails, viewpoints and other picturesque villages nearby. Whether you are looking for a relaxing getaway or an opportunity to discover the island, Ponta Delgada offers a peaceful and authentic Madeira experience. Swimming pool dimensions and heating : Shape: Rectangular Length: 5m Width: 4m Depth: from 1,00m to 1,50m Pool heating is optional and costs 200,00€ per week for a set of 24ºC. A supplement of 30,00€ per week applies for each additional degree set up to a maximum of 26ºC. Pool heating should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

المنزل رائع - جميل، كما في الصور بالضبط - في أواخر الخريف، حقيقة أن فونشال تبعد حوالي 40 دقيقة بالسيارة تجعل الأمور أكثر صعوبة في التنظيم اللوجستي. الشعور بالأمواج لا يصدق وجميع وسائل الراحة تتم صيان
