Welcome to my apartment! This charming two-bedroom apartment in Madeira is the ideal retreat for families and friends looking to relax in comfort. Located on the first floor and easily accessible by stairs, the space is thoughtfully designed for a pleasant stay. The inviting living room offers a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table where you can enjoy shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also features a dishwasher, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry with ease. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, hotel-quality linens, ample storage space, and each opens onto a private balcony—perfect for enjoying the fresh Madeira air. One of the bedrooms also features an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

مكان رائع للإقامة. كما هو موصوف. نظيف للغاية. قريب من بلدة صغيرة. إطلالات جميلة. المشكلة الوحيدة كانت المياه. اضطررنا إلى توزيع أوقات الاستحمام بيننا والاستحمام بسرعة وإلا نفد الماء الساخن. كانت هناك
