Welcome! This modern and welcoming apartment, decorated in neutral tones to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the ideal starting point to explore the city and its attractions. Perfect for couples or small families, this accommodation features a bright living area with an open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or for accommodating extra guests. The kitchen, with its practical and contemporary design, is ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, it features an induction hob, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge, as well as a lovely dining table to share your favourite dishes. The bedroom is harmoniously decorated, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for a revitalising rest. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and a spacious built-in wardrobe to comfortably store all your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property and you will be required to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bags. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when sofa bed is not included).
