It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its two comfortable bedrooms, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Ideally located 3 minutes from the metro station, you will have easy access to the Parisian region and its attractions!

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 2nd floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 75m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private terrace with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), and the second has a double bed (140x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

العقار جميل تماماً كما يبدو في الصورة. جميع التركيبات والمفروشات عالية الجودة ومن الواضح أنها ليست مجرد خردة رخيصة تم إلقاؤها لصنع شقة قابلة للإيجار.
