This apartment is located in a quiet and residential area of ​​Roubaix, rue de Denain. It is on the ground floor (street side) of a building completely renovated in 2023. The studio is very practical, functional, and has quality bedding. It is close to the Barbieux Park, the Roubaix Hospital Center and various schools (ESMOD, EDHEC, etc.). You will have access to a private car park.
