This beautiful 120 m2 apartment is located on Av. Jean Jaurès, in Roubaix. It is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a recent residence at the foot of Parc Barbieux. You will have a private parking space, underground, during your entire stay. Beautiful south-facing terrace for sunny days. Tram stop less than 200 meters away to easily reach Lille Ideal for visiting the region.

This flat is located in a quiet, family-friendly building, so it is suitable for responsible, respectful travellers; please be sure not to party or make any excessive noise (music, shouting) after 9pm.
