This 2 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet and residential area of ​​Roubaix, rue de Denain. It is on the first floor (street side) of a building completely renovated in 2023. The accommodation is very practical, functional, and has quality bedding. It is close to the Barbieux Park, the Hospital Center and various schools (ESMOD, etc.). You have access to a private car park.
