This flat is located on rue Pierre de Roubaix (a ten-minute walk from the Eurotéléport metro station). It is on the first floor of a small, very quiet and secure building. The flat was renovated in 2024, is well equipped and close to all amenities. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for business trips! A parking space is available in the residence.
