The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare healthy meals with fresh local produce. The house has two bedrooms, one furnished with a queen-size bed and one with a double bed. They are tastefully decorated and have an atmosphere that will allow you to fully relax after a day spent exploring the natural wonders of the island. Wake up to the birds singing and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this idyllic property. At the end of the corridor, there is a large bathroom with all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and free toiletries. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

مكان جميل ومضيف لطيف للغاية. يقع المنزل على بعد 15/20 دقيقة فقط من فونشال. إنه بالتأكيد أفضل مكان لإعادة شحن طاقتك لأنه هادئ جداً. شكراً لك مرة أخرى :)
