The property is close to various attractions such as the Clérigos Tower and the Lelo Bookshop, as well as good restaurants and shops. Just a 3-minute walk from Carolina Michaelis Station.

Within a building, this apartment is on the 6th floor, accessible by elevator. With great sun exposure, this flat has 2 bedroom, 1 living room, a fully functional kitchen and a bathroom. The living room has a TV with international channels, there is also a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, from coffee machine, water kettle, microwave, toaster, oven and stove top, all utensils necessary for a home cooked meal can be found like pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. In this apartment, you can enjoy the beautiful view over the city! Its fantastic location allows a quick access on foot to the main touristic spots in Oporto, like the iconic Lello Bookshop, the Clérigos Tower or even the river area.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 15:00, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

مكان مريح جداً ونظيف في منطقة هادئة. يبعد حوالي 20 دقيقة سيراً على الأقدام عن المركز و3 دقائق فقط عن المترو. كان موقف السيارات سهلاً أيضاً. لقد استمتعنا حقاً بإقامتنا ونوصي به!

شقة ذات موقع جيد ليست بعيدة عن وسط المدينة ومحطة مترو الأنفاق. سكن قديم ولكنه نظيف تماماً. تجهيزات مطبخ رائعة!
