Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Service available 24/7 for your convenience. Notes: There are some construction works going on the side building during the day! The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. The access to the property has low natural light but is totally safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
