The apartment is very nice and modern located in the heart of Santa Catarina, the most famous street in the historic center.

An apartment that can accommodate 2 people consists of a double bedroom, bathroom, living room, equipped kitchen, and a garden out of sight and noise pollution. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning and with WiFi fiber access. Please note that this apartment is not equipped to receive infants and it is on the 3rd floor without an elevator and is not recommended for families with children under 5. Equipped kitchen: fridge, electric hob, microwave, washing machine, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes and kitchen utensils. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels and sheets also provided. The host has access to the entire apartment as well as its private garden, equipped with garden furniture, table and parasol. Temporary information: The area where the apartment is located is undergoing a restructuring. It is possible to hear construction noise during your stay.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
