Welcome to my apartment! Note: This apartment is eco-friendly, and hot water is supplied by solar panels. As the system includes a storage tank, the hot water supply is limited. We kindly ask guests to be mindful and use water responsibly. This homely 65m² two-storey property in Porto is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. It is located on the 3rd floor via stairs. It is designed with tall windows that provide brightness and natural light. As you enter, you'll find the sleeping area. One bedroom includes a queen-size bed and multiple storage spaces. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed that can be used as a single or a double, ideal for children or friends. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Upstairs, the living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The living area also features a desk and chair, providing a convenient workspace. The fully-equipped open-concept kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery for preparing meals. For your convenience, the property includes a washer, a clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to easily handle your laundry needs. Outside, a lovely rooftop provides the perfect space to relax and enjoy the sunlight. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that the apartment may not be suitable for children due to unguarded stairs (without handrails or safety gates) and access to the rooftop. Guests are kindly asked to book at their own discretion and responsibility. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Note: This apartment is eco-friendly, and hot water is supplied by solar panels. As the system includes a storage tank, the hot water supply is limited. We kindly ask guests to be mindful and use water responsibly.

شقة جميلة جدا على طابقين. غرفة معيشة/مطبخ علوي ضخم وغرفة نوم مع سرير مزدوج لطيفة جداً. ربما تكون غرفة النوم الثانية صغيرة بعض الشيء لشخصين لإقامة أطول، وإلا فهي لطيفة أيضًا. لا تزال خطافات المناشف مفق
