Welcome! The living room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sitting area, a sofa bed, a double bed, and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. There is a TV to watch all your favourite shows. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! Note: There are some constructions work going on the side building during the day!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
