The house is 300 m from the upper deck of the Dom Luis I bridge, which can be crossed on foot, enjoying the unique and breathtaking view. You can walk to Batalha Square and Santa Catarina Street (500 m away), the traditional Bolhão Market, Aliados Avenue, or the Cathedral. Also, the fantastic Funicular dos Guindais (a funicular opened in 1891) will be your neighbour: ideal for going down the steep hill next to the Medieval Wall, connecting Batalha to the Ribeira neighbourhood, located on the river bank. One of the highlights of this trip is the fantastic views of the Dom Luis I Bridge, the medieval city wall, and the various Port Wine Cellars located on the riverfront. Don't miss the picturesque Escadas dos Guindais to make the same descent, where you will find the Guindalense Football Club, a bar spot famous for its city views. Welcome to my home! This is a real family house in the centre of Porto. It has five bedrooms, three of them with double beds, one with a single bed, and the last one with two single beds. High-quality hotel sheets will be available for free. There is also a dining room, but we recommend the private outdoor patio for enjoying group meals, weather permitting. You won't want to miss this fantastic spot. The fully equipped kitchen will be a great help when preparing a delicious meal: the stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine are at your disposal! The three bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, such as a shower or bathtub, toilet, and sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. The house is located in a lively area near busy roads and above restaurants, so some noise may be heard at times. I wish you an excellent stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

كان مكاناً رائعاً لقضاء ليلة واحدة في بورتو. قريب من النهر وعلى بعد مسافة قصيرة سيراً على الأقدام من المتاجر والمطاعم.
