5 minutes walking distant to Trindade metro station. Within a building, this apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs only. With great sun exposure, this studio has 1 living room, a fully functional kitchen and a bathroom. The living room has a TV with international channels, there is also a comfortable sofa that turns into a full size sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, from coffee machine, water kettle, microwave, toaster, oven and stove top, all utensils necessary for a home cooked meal can be found like pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. There is also a clothes washing and drying machine. Its fantastic location allows a quick access on foot to the main touristic spots in Oporto, like the iconic Lello Bookshop, the Clérigos Tower or even the river area. Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Service available 24/7 for your convenience.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. The street is a highly desirable location due to its central position in the city, for that reason it can be noisy. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

تقع الشقة في وسط مدينة بورتو ويوجد العديد من أماكن تناول الطعام بالجوار. إنها رائعة وعصرية للغاية.
