Porto is a fascinated city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer you during your stay. There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes. The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends. There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines. It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.

This two-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples and friends looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions like Luís I Bridge and Porto Cathedral, good restaurants and shops, and the "24 de Agosto" metro station is just 5 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Tastefully decorated, this 40m2 apartment with a balcony is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob and microwave. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). يمكنك أن ترى أن المبنى من الداخل قد أُعيد تجديده مؤخراً، ولكن كل شيء تم تنفيذه بذوق رفيع ومواد عالية الجودة، مما يجعل الإقامة ممتازة. موقع جيد مع سهولة الوصول إلى وسط المدينة.
