Porto is a fascinated city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer you during your stay. There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes. The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends. There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines. It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.

Welcome to my studio! This charming 40 m² space is tastefully decorated and ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and an array of restaurants offering diverse culinary options. Relax in the living room, which features comfortable twin beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The area features multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob and a coffee machine. The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included) Daily Housekeeping available.
